kelsey shelton smith briggs was born on december 28 2002 after her parents had divorced, her daddy was fighting for our country in iraq when kelseys mom met micheal le porter, and started dating him, after the first few months kelsey started showing signs of abuse, in kelseys lifetime she suffered two broken legs a broken collar bone a broken nose a spranged ankle and tons of bruises, after 9 months of abuse kelsey died from a traumatic blow to the stomach from micheal le porter the medical examiner also reported bruses all over kelsey, probably done with an object such as a hair brush kelsey was a true angel she always told everyone I DO IT!The day kelsey died her daddy was coming home to see her but instead of a happy homecoming he had to burry his little girl. CHILD ABUSE KILLS!!!
